Regulation determining matters to be treated in a safety regulation
Act respecting safety in sports
(chapter S-3.1, ss. 26 and 54).
1. The matters that must be treated in a safety regulation made by a sports federation or an unaffiliated sports body are as follows:
(1)  standards for training facilities and equipment;
(2)  standards for the training of participants;
(3)  standards for participation is a sports event, contest or exhibition;
(4)  standards for the training and responsibilities of persons required to play a role along with the participants;
(5)  standards for the training and responsibilities of persons who enforce game and safety rules;
(6)  standards for organizing and holding a sports event, contest or exhibition;
(7)  standards for the places where a sports event, contest or exhibition is held;
(8)  standards for the facilities and equipment used at a sports event, contest, or exhibition;
(9)  standards for safety services and equipment required at a sports event, contest or exhibition;
(10)  penalties for non-compliance with the Regulation.
