Ministerial Order fixing the minimum amount of the tenant’s tax of a Northern village
Act respecting Northern villages and the Kativik Regional Government
(chapter V-6.1, s. 214).
1. Under subparagraph 2 of section 214 of the Act respecting Northern villages and the Kativik Regional Government (chapter V-6.1), I (__________Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy__________) hereby fix the amount of the tax that a Northern village council may impose and levy annually of all tenants paying rent in the municipality at a maximum of $0.30 per dollar of such rent.
