Regulation to authorize the operation of certain off-highway vehicles on roads under the management of the Minister of Transport

Act respecting off-highway vehicles

(chapter V‑1.3, s. 73, 2nd par., subpar. 7).

1. Off-highway vehicles other than snowmobiles are authorized to be operated on all or part of the following roads:

(1)  in Ville d’Amqui (07047):

(a)  on part of route Soucy (995428‑01‑000), from chaining 0 + 000 over a distance of 2,416 m to chaining 2 + 416;

(b)  on part of route Labrie (95430‑01‑020), from chaining 0 + 031 over a distance of 1,617 m to chaining 1 + 648;

(2)  in Municipalité de l’Ascension (79050), on part of route 321 (00321‑03), from chaining 6 + 260 over a distance of 1,938 m to chaining 8 + 198;

(3)  in Municipalité de Ferme‑Neuve (79097):

(a)  on part of 12e rue (2660‑01‑000‑000C), from chaining 0 + 000 over a distance of 473 m to chaining 0 + 473;

(b)  on part of 22e avenue (2660‑01‑000‑000C), from chaining 0 + 473 over a distance of 88 m to chaining 0 + 561;

(c)  on part of 11e rue (2660‑01‑000‑000C), from chaining 0 + 561 over a distance of 1,174 m to chaining 1 + 735;

(4)  in Municipalité de Lac‑Saint‑Paul (79105):

(a)  on part of Chemin des Pionniers (26600‑03‑000‑000C), from chaining 4 + 937 over a distance of 1,700 m to chaining 6 + 637;

(b)  on part of route 311 (00311‑02‑051‑000C), from chaining 9 + 227 over a distance of 610 m to chaining 8 + 617;

(5)  in Paroisse de Sainte‑Françoise (11030), on part of route 296 (00296‑01‑100‑000C), from chaining 1 + 930 over a distance of 1,993 m to chaining 3 + 923;

(6)  in the municipalities of Berthierville (52035), Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier (52040), La Visitation‑de-l’île-Dupas (52050) and Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola (52045), on part of route 158 (00158‑02‑255‑000C, 00158‑02‑257‑000C, 00158‑02‑260‑000C, 00158‑02‑270‑000C respectively), from chaining 1 + 430 over a distance of 5,500 m to chaining 0 + 002;

(7)  in Municipalité de Lac-Édouard (90027), on part of rue Principale (39313‑03), from chaining 25 + 829 over a distance of 1,942 m to chaining 27 + 771;

(8)  in Municipalité de Trois‑Rives (35055), of part of chemin Saint‑Joseph (39530‑02), from chaining 4 + 626 over a distance of 1,217 m to chaining 5 + 843;

(9)  in municipalité de Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce (27043), on part of route 276 (00276‑01‑020‑000C), from chaining 3 + 456 over a distance of 1,060 m to chaining 4 + 516 and, west of pont de la rivière Chaudière, in municipalité de Saint‑Joseph-des‑Érables (27050) on part of route 276 (000276‑01‑051‑000C), over a distance of 149 m, to chaining 0 + 149, for a total distance of 1,209 m;

(10)  in Municipalité de Saint-Paulin (51060), on part of chemin Grande‑Ligne (37570‑01), from chaining 0 + 185, over a distance of 3,167 m, to chaining 3 + 352;

(11)  in Ville d’East Angus (41060), on part of route 214 (214-01-010-000C), from chaining 0 + 720 over a distance of 1,500 m to chaining 2 + 220;

(12)  in Municipalité de Charette, on part of route 350 (00350-01-100-000C), from chaining 0 + 000 over a distance of 1,650 m to chaining 1 + 650.

2. Snowmobiles are authorized to be operated on all or part of the following roads:

(1)  in Ville d’Amqui (07047):

(a)  on part of route Soucy (995428‑01‑000), from chaining 0 + 000 over a distance of 2,416 m to chaining 2 + 416;

(b)  on part of route Labrie (95430‑01‑020), from chaining 0 + 031 over a distance of 1,617 m to chaining 1 + 648.

3. The operation authorized by paragraphs 1 to 6 of section 1 is permitted between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. only.
