Regulation respecting the use by the Commission de la construction du Québec of the interest from the special indemnity fund
Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry
(chapter R-20, s. 123).
1. The Commission de la construction du Québec is authorized to use for its administration the whole of the interest monies from the special indemnity fund mentioned in the Construction Decree (R.R.Q., 1981, c. R-20, r. 5).
