Tariff of duties and fees related to applications heard by the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal
Act respecting the Autorité des marchés financiers
(chapter A-33.2, s. 108).

The fees prescribed in the Regulation have been indexed as of 1 January 2016 pursuant to the notice published in Part 1 (French) of the Gazette officielle du Québec of 30 January 2016, page 129. (ss. 1, 2, 3, 6)
1. For the purposes of this Tariff, the duties payable for the filing of an application in reference to section 93 of the Act respecting the Autorité des marchés financiers (chapter A-33.2) are $549 and $110 for the filing of any other application.

2. The charges payable for an appeal to the Court of Québec are $54.75 for receipt of the notice of appeal, copying, examination and preparation of the record and its transmission to the Court of Québec.

3. The costs of service or notification payable are
(1)  by bailiff: $21.90, plus the bailiff’s fees and expenses, as set out in the Tariff of fees of court bailiffs (chapter H-4.1, r. 13.1); and
(2)  by public notice: $82.50.

4. The fees for the recording and transcription of depositions, as the case may be, are the fees set out in the Regulation respecting the tariff of fees for the taking down and transcription of depositions of witnesses (chapter S-33, r. 1).

5. Witnesses are indemnified according to the Regulation respecting indemnities and allowances payable to witnesses summoned before courts of justice (chapter C-25.01, r. 0.5).

6. The fees payable for the reproduction, transcription and transmission of documents are as follows:
(1)  for reproduction, depending on the medium:
(a)  sheet of paper:
$0.35 per photocopied page;
$0.35 per printed page;
$0.35 per microfilm page; and
$0.35 per microfiche page;
(b)  photograph:
$7.55 to produce a negative; and
$4.55 per photograph 5 in. × 7 in. and $5.95 per photograph 8 n. × 10 in.;
(c)  slide:
$1.50 per slide;
(d)  videocassette:
$59.50 per cassette;
(e)  audiocassette:
$14.90 per cassette; and
$42.25 per hour of recording;
CD:
$8.80 for each CD;
$0.30 per minute, as of the 26th minute of recording;
(2)  for transcription:
hourly rate when the transcription of computerized documents must be done manually: $26;
(3)  for transmission:
the fees payable for the transmission of a copy or the transcription of a document are the actual fees paid by the Tribunal in connection with the transmission.

7. Where the transcription or reproduction of a document must be done by a third person, the fees payable for the transcription or reproduction are the actual fees paid to the third person by the Tribunal.

8. The Autorité des marchés financiers is exempt from payment of the fees, duties and charges provided for in this Regulation.
