Order in Council respecting recognition of stock exchanges for the purposes of paragraph 9 of article 1339 of the Civil Code
Civil Code of Québec
(Civil Code, art. 1339).
1. The stock exchanges of Montréal, Toronto, Vancouver, Alberta and Winnipeg are recognized for the purposes of paragraph 9 of article 1339 of the Civil Code.
