Regulation respecting the professional activities that may be engaged in by persons other than dietitians

(chapter C-26, s. 94, par. h).
1. Among the professional activities that may be engaged in by dietitians, those required for the completion of a program of studies leading to a diploma giving access to a permit issued by the Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec may be engaged in by a student registered in the program, on the condition that the student does so under the supervision of a dietitian who is available to intervene on short notice.

2. Among the professional activities that may be engaged in by dietitians, those required for the completion of training that would allow diploma or training equivalence to be obtained by a candidate referred to in section 8 of the Regulation respecting the standards for equivalence of diplomas and training for the issue of a permit by the Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (chapter C-26, r. 101), may be engaged in by the candidate, on the condition that the candidate does so under the supervision of a dietitian who is available to intervene on short notice.
