13. Health information that must be released to a health information bank in a clinical domain under this chapter may be released by the Minister or by any institution, any other body or any other person in the health and social services network delegated by the Minister to the extent that the Minister or the delegatee hosts the information for an institution in accordance with section 520.3.1 of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2).

13. Health information that must be released to a health information bank in a clinical domain under this chapter may be released by a health and social services agency to the extent that the agency hosts the information for an institution in accordance with an agreement entered into under section 520.3.1 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2).
