S-6.2 - Act respecting pre-hospital emergency services

2. For the purposes of this Act,
regional entity means the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services or the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay; and
territorial institution means a territorial institution governed by the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) and that Santé Québec designates for each health region, except territorial institutions in the health regions of Laval and Montréal.
In addition, the territory referred to in Part IV.3 of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) is considered to be part of the health region with which it is contiguous.

2. For the purposes of this Act, “agency” and “institution” mean, respectively, an agency and an institution referred to in the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or, unless otherwise required by the context, a regional council and an institution within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5).
