133. Excepting health professionals within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29), the staff engaged in providing health services recognized by Santé Québec, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services or the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay, as the case may be, are remunerated by the employer. The employer shall also defray the costs connected with examinations and analyses and the provision of premises and equipment.
