S-2.1 - Act respecting occupational health and safety

131. If, having examined the situation, the public health director is of the opinion that the services offered in the establishment are equivalent to the health services provided by this Act and the regulations, he may recommend that the board of directors of Santé Québec, of the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services or of the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay, as the case may be, recognize these services and, where applicable, the conditions of recognition.

131. If, having examined the situation, the head of the community health department is of opinion that the services offered in the establishment are equivalent to the health services provided by this act and the regulations, he may recommend that the board of directors of the hospital centre recognize these services and, where applicable, the conditions of recognition.
