110. Every year, the Commission shall establish a budget for the application of this chapter. It shall allot part of the budget to Santé Québec, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services and the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay in accordance with the contract entered into with each of them.
The budget allotted to Santé Québec is divided up among each of the health regions in its territory based on the contract entered into under section 109.
Santé Québec, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services and the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay, as the case may be, shall ensure that the budget allotted to it is used exclusively to remunerate the professional, technical and clerical staff who provide the services specified in the contract entered into pursuant to section 109, with the exception of health professionals within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29), and to cover the costs relating to examinations and analyses and the provision of the premises and equipment required to provide those services, in accordance with the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021), the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), as the case may be.

Each agency shall ensure that the budget allotted to it is used exclusively to remunerate the professional, technical and clerical staff who provide the services specified in the contract entered into pursuant to section 109, with the exception of health professionals within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29), and to cover the costs relating to examinations and analyses and the provision of the premises and equipment required to provide those services, in accordance with the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), as the case may be.

110. Every year, the Commission shall establish a budget for the application of this chapter. It shall assign a portion of the budget to each hospital centre where there is a community health department, in accordance with the contract entered into with that hospital centre.
Out of the portion of the budget assigned to it, the hospital centre shall remunerate the professional, technical and clerical staff, except health professionals within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29), and shall defray the costs connected with examinations and analyses and the provision of premises and equipment in accordance with the Act respecting health services and social services.
