47. Cemetery operators must, every five years, declare to Santé Québec the columbariums and mausoleums they operate. They must also inform Santé Québec of any change within three months.
When renewing their licence, funeral services businesses must declare to Santé Québec all the columbariums they operate. They must also inform Santé Québec of any change within three months.
