105. Santé Québec may require of licensees or cemetery operators that they provide, in the manner and within the time specified, the statistical data, reports and other information, including financial statements, necessary for the discharge of the functions vested in Santé Québec under this Act, provided it is not possible to link that information to a deceased person.
