Information note
An information note precedes each updating of the Compilation of Québec Laws and Regulations. It is drafted by the Service de la refonte of the ministère de la Justice to specify the nature of the amendments made to consolidated statutes and regulations under the second paragraph of section 3 of the Act respecting the Compilation of Québec Laws and Regulations (chapter R‑2.2.0.0.2).
The content of the Information note is not necessarily the same in both languages.
