3. The provisions of this Regulation relating to the storage of contaminated soils do not operate to replace the provisions governing
1° the treatment of contaminated soils;
2° the landfilling of contaminated soils;
3° the landfilling of residual materials;
4° the final disposal of hazardous materials; or
5° tailings areas.
