28. The inspector or authorized person must forward the sample of the petroleum product to an analytical laboratory.
The inspector or authorized person is to receive the conclusions of the laboratory and draw up, if necessary, the notice of correction referred to in section 92 of the Petroleum Products Act (chapter P-29.1).
