11.03. The employer deducts on a weekly basis from the pay of each employee, except for a student, the sum of $46 for the fringe benefit plan.
Where the fund is insufficient to cover fringe benefits, the sum to be deducted on a weekly basis by the employer from the salary of each employee, except for a student, may be increased by an amount of up to $75.
