49. This Regulation comes into force on 10 July 2008 except
1° (Omitted);
2° subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph of section 35 with regard to the holder of a permit to operate a fresh water product processing factory or packing-house, which will take effect upon the coming into force of subparagraph f of the first paragraph of section 9 of the Food Products Act (chapter P-29).
