1. In this Regulation, unless the context indicates otherwise,

1°  “permit” means the permit referred to in section 9 of the Act respecting medical imaging technologists, radiation oncology technologists and medical electrophysiology technologists (chapter T-5);

2°  “registrar” means the registrar of the Order.
