Versions de la disposition
10. Thirty days before the beginning of the operating season or before the opening of a site where rides are operated, the owner shall send to the inspector a written notice. Such notice shall include the following information:
1° the owner’s name and address;
2° the list of rides to be operated and their registration number;
3° the designation of the period and sites where the itinerant rides will be operated during the season.
