26. A health professional with the authority to make a diagnosis or to assess a person’s state of health and a chief executive officer of a medical biology laboratory or a clinical department of laboratory medicine must report by telephone as soon as possible to the national public health director and the competent public health director, the following diseases:
1°  botulism;
2°  cholera;
3°  yellow fever;
4°  viral haemorrhagic fevers;
5°  Anthrax;
6°  plague;
7°  smallpox.
The person reporting must send a written report to those directors within 48 hours of the telephone communication.
