135. An existing side-worked prebaked anode type potline must not emit total fluorides and particles into the atmosphere in excess of the limits prescribed in the following table:

In addition, as of 1 January 2029, the use of existing side-worked prebaked anode type potlines is prohibited. Until that date, the quantity of aluminum that an aluminum smelter may produce using that type of potline is limited to the quantities prescribed as of the dates indicated in the following table:
