65. The holder of a permit that includes the “domestic manufacture” option may allow a client who has manufactured beer or wine at the place covered by the permit to sample the product provided that
1° the sample is provided before bottling;
2° the sample is consumed on the premises; and
3° the sample is not larger than 100 ml.
