9.3.2.10. Prior freezing: The internal temperature of sea food products intended to be stored frozen may not exceed - 23ºC before they are stored:1° in a chamber prescribed by subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph of section 9.2.2.2;
2° in the chamber prescribed by subparagraph a of subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 9.2.3.1;
3° in the chamber prescribed by subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 9.2.2.A.1.
