10. Despite section 7, a nurse who holds a diploma of college studies in nursing care and who, on 30 June 2017, according to a collective prescription, engaged in activities referred to in section 4 may continue to engage in those activities if the director of nursing care or, where the nurse practises elsewhere than in a centre operated by an institution within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), one of the signatory physicians of the collective prescription attests in writing that the nurse has applied one or more collective prescriptions in connection with the activities referred to in section 4.

10. Despite section 7, a nurse may aIso engage in the activities referred to in paragraphs 1, 5 and 6 of section 4, if the nurse, on 11 January 2016,

1°  is the holder of a diploma of college studies in nursing care;

2°  has practised the profession for at least 8,400 hours in community health in the last 7 years preceding the 11 January 2016;

3°  has completed at least 15 hours of training in the field of hormonal contraception given pursuant to the national public health program;

4°  has completed at least 18 hours of training in the field of sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections, given pursuant to the national public health program.
