31. Every person who, on 1 September 2022, holds an authorization granted under section 32 of the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments (chapter E-14.2) is deemed to hold the accreditation referred to in section 5.1 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Tourisme (chapter M-31.2).
