Versions de la disposition
121.1. The holder of an authorization to produce brine pays the following fees on brine extracted from the site under the authorization:
1° where the average daily production per producing well is 300 m3 or less, 5% of the market value at the wellhead of the substance extracted from the brine;
2° where the average daily production per producing well is greater than 300 m3 but less than 1,000 m3,
a) 5% of the market value at the wellhead of the extracted substance on the first 300 m3;
b) 10% of the market value at the wellhead of the extracted substance on the remainder;
3° when the average daily production per producing well is greater than 1,000 m3,
a) 8.75% of the market value at the wellhead of the extracted substance on the first 1,000 m3;
b) 12.5% of the market value at the wellhead on the remainder.
