1. The salary scale applicable to the president of the Tribunal is the scale established for Level 7 chief executive officers of government bodies under Order in Council 450-2007 dated 20 June 2007, with the necessary modifications.
2. The salary scale applicable to vice-presidents of the Tribunal is the scale established for Level 5 vice-presidents of government bodies under the Order in Council referred to in section 1.
3. The salary scale applicable to full-time members of the Tribunal is the scale established for Level 4 full-time members of government bodies under the Order in Council referred to in section 1.
4. The salary scale applicable to physicians, other than psychiatrists, who are full-time members of the Tribunal is the scale established for Level 4 physicians who are full-time members of government bodies under the Order in Council referred to in section 1.
5. The salary scale applicable to psychiatrists who are full-time members of the Tribunal is the scale established for Level 5 full-time members of government bodies under the Order in Council referred to in section 1.
6. The salary scale applicable to members exercising the powers and duties of chairperson of a Review Board within the meaning of sections 672.38 and following of the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46) is the scale established for Level 5 fulltime members of government bodies under the Order in Council referred to in section 1.
7. The hourly rates paid to members of the Tribunal, including physicians, performing their duties on a parttime basis are calculated as follows:
Members: the maximum of the scale applicable to Level 4 full-time members of bodies + 20%* ÷ 261 working days ÷ 7 hours per working day;
Physicians: the maximum of the scale applicable to Level 4 physicians who are full-time members of bodies + 20%* ÷ 261 working days ÷ 7 hours per working day;
Psychiatrists: the maximum of the scale applicable to Level 5 full-time members of bodies + 20%* ÷ 261 working days ÷ 7 hours per working day.
