9. Candidates with an undergraduate degree in engineering have equivalence of diploma if the diploma is granted:

1°  either by a Canadian university at the end of a program of studies accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers;

2°  or at the end of a program of studies recognized by an organization outside Canada, whose standards and procedures for recognition comply with those of the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers and that has concluded a mutual recognition agreement with the Order.
