11.02. The employer contributes on a weekly basis, to the fringe benefit plan managed by the parity committee, the sum of $46 for each employee, except for a student.
Where the fund is insufficient to cover fringe benefits, the sum to be contributed on a weekly basis by the employer for each employee, except for a student, may be increased by an amount of up to $75.
