115. To describe the licence held, a broker must specify one or more of the following designations:
1°  real estate broker;
2°  residential real estate broker;
3°  commercial real estate broker;
4°  (subparagraph revoked).
If the broker holds a broker’s licence with a restriction described in section 2 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences (chapter C-73.2, r. 8), the broker may specify only the designation provided for in subparagraph 2 or 3 that describes the broker’s legal qualification.

1°  real estate broker;
2°  residential real estate broker;
3°  commercial real estate broker;
4°  real estate mortgage broker.
If the broker holds a real estate broker’s licence with a restriction described in section 2 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (chapter C-73.2, r. 3), the broker may specify only the designation or designations in subparagraphs 2 and 3 that describe the broker’s legal qualification.
