9. In examining a candidate’s application for a training equivalence, the board of directors shall take into account

1°  the nature and duration of his experience;

2°  whether he holds one or more diplomas obtained in Québec or elsewhere;

3°  the nature and content of the courses taken;

4°  the periods of training completed; and

5°  the total number of years of schooling.
