9.1. Subject to the conditions attached to it, a class 1, 2 or 3 learner’s licence allows its holder to drive a road vehicle covered by a licence of that class and equipped with a manual transmission or an air braking system even if the endorsement or endorsements to that effect are not entered in the licence holder’s file.
