25. A person wishing to obtain a class 4A probationary licence must:
1°  hold a class 5 probationary licence;
2°  have successfully completed an emergency vehicle driving course offered by the École nationale de police du Québec, Urgences-santé, the Institut de protection contre les incendies du Québec or the École nationale des pompiers du Québec, or an equivalent emergency vehicle driving course;
3°  furnish a medical report;
4°  successfully pass the vision test required by the Société.
