24. A person wishing to obtain a class 4B probationary licence must:

1°  have held a class 5 probationary licence for a minimum of 12 months;

2°  furnish a medical report;

3°  successfully pass the vision test required by the Société.

24. A person wishing to obtain a class 4B probationary licence must:
