Versions de la disposition
6. A public body transferring documents on a medium other than paper shall file the documents in boxes and each box shall have the following information written on 1 side:
1° the name of the public body transferring the documents;
2° the number of the transfer slip prescribed by section 7;
3° the number given to the box by the public body transferring it.
Paper documents shall be classified according to the public body’s classification plan, if any.
