104. No person may be the official agent of a candidate or of a party if

1°  he is not an elector; or

2°  he is a candidate, an election officer or an employee of an election officer.

104. No person shall be the official agent of a candidate or of a party if:

a)  he is not of full age;

b)  he is not of Canadian citizenship;

c)  he has not been domiciled in Québec for at least one year;

d)  he is affected by any disqualification from voting contemplated by the Election Act;

e)  he is a candidate, an election officer or an employee of an election officer.
