67. A person may capture, move or kill an animal in cases of public interest determined by regulation of the Minister.
A person or anyone lending him assistance may capture, move or kill an animal attacking him or causing damage to his property or property under his care or maintenance if he is unable to frighten the animal away or prevent it from causing damage.
The Minister may, by regulation, determine any condition relating to the capture, moving or killing of an animal under this section.
