135. The Minister of Families, Seniors and the Status of Women is responsible for the administration of this Act.
135. The Minister of Families, Seniors and the Status of Women is responsible for the administration of this Act, except subdivision 3 of Division I of Chapter VII, the administration of which falls under the responsibility of the Minister of Revenue.
The Minister of Finance exercises the functions of the Minister of Revenue provided for in this Act. Order in Council 821-2019 dated 14 August 2019, (2019) 151 G.O. 2 (French), 3788.
The Minister responsible for Government Administration and Chair of the Conseil du trésor assumes responsibility for developing and coordinating a global collective negotiation strategy for the government administration. Order in Council 416-2019 dated 17 April 2019, (2019) 151 G.O. 2 (French), 1510.
