73. The Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports is responsible for the application of this Act, except Chapters V and V.3 and section 55.3 the application of which is under the authority of the Minister of Public Security.

The functions and responsibilities of the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports provided for in this Act are assigned to the Minister responsible for Sports, Recreation and the Outdoors. Order in Council 1177-2025 dated 10 September 2025, (2025) 157 G.O. 2 (French), 5431.
