85.1.3. The electric power carrier must, on its own initiative or at the request of the Régie, submit to the Régie a code of conduct designed to ensure fair access to the electric power transmission system for the carrier’s customers.
The code of conduct must be approved by the Régie and, once the code is approved, the electric power carrier shall publish it on its website.
