52.4. The amounts of financial assistance and the amounts allocated under agreements relating to Native affairs that are referred to in section 52.1 are, respectively, established according to the amortization basis determined by the Régie and amortized over a 50-year period, having regard to the unamortized portion of the financial assistance or of those amounts and, as the case may be, to the applicable return.

52.4. The amount of financial assistance referred to in section 52.1 is established on the basis of depreciation determined by the Régie and having regard to the undepreciated portion of the financial assistance and, as the case may be, the applicable return.
