119. An employer is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $600 to $1,200 if the employer1° contravenes section 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53 or 54, the second paragraph of section 57 or section 58, 60 or 86; or
2° contravenes an order made under this Act.
In the case of a subsequent conviction, the fines prescribed in the first paragraph are doubled.
