53.31.0.7. Applications for certification to represent the persons required to pay a compensatory contribution under section 53.31.0.4 shall be made to the Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage.
The Government may, by regulation, determine the number of certifications possible, in particular based on the designated materials or classes of materials. The Government shall determine, in the same manner, the minimum criteria to be taken into account by the Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage in certifying a body, and the procedure for filing applications for certification.
