Versions de la disposition
53.29. No one may, as part of a commercial operation, offer for sale, sell, distribute or otherwise place at the disposal of users
1° any designated containers, packaging, printed matter or other products and their materials that do not satisfy the regulatory standards prescribed under the first paragraph of section 53.28;
2° any products that are in containers, packaging or other products not in conformity with the above-mentioned standards.
53.29. No one may, as part of a commercial operation, offer for sale, sell, distribute or otherwise place at the disposal of users
