145. The members of the staff of the Commissioner shall, within five days of receipt of the complaint, send the director of the police force concerned a copy of the evidence collected and of the complaint or, if it was lodged orally, a writing describing it.

145. The members of the staff of the Commissioner or of the police force who receive the complaint shall, within five days of receipt, forward a copy of the complaint to the director of the police force concerned, together with a copy of the evidence collected. Where the complaint is received by a police force, the documents shall also be sent within the same time to the Commissioner.
