33. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 259, s. 63; 1973, c. 57, s. 32; 1992, c. 61, s. 399.
33. 1.  The proceedings authorized by this act shall be instituted by the Attorney General or, upon a resolution by the Bureau, by the Order.
2.  When proceedings are instituted by the Attorney General, the fine levied shall be paid into the consolidated revenue fund; when such proceedings are instituted by the Order, it shall receive payment of the fine levied.
