6.2. Any natural person may be appointed or elected a trustee, except
1°  a person under 18 years of age;
2°  a person of full age under tutorship or curatorship;
3°  a person declared incapable by a court of another province or another country;
4°  an undischarged bankrupt;
5°  an employee of the Museum.
