In the department’s annual management report, the Minister reports on the policy described in section 57.4, and states the number of complaints received, the nature of the complaints, the means used to settle them, the follow-up given to the complaints, including to those whose processing was terminated under section 57.6.1, and the level of satisfaction of complainants.
